Creación de un centro de alto rendimiento de artes marciales mixtas en el Teatro 24 de Mayo

Abstract:

The purpose of this project is to meet the needs of athletes who wish to practice mixed martial arts; they could be men or women. With the creation of a center of excellence in martial arts the objective is finding future sports professionals that would represent Ecuador in competitions. Quito does not have a training center that meets all of the features required for this specialized training. This project represents an opportunity, by having homes around, offices, shopping centers, public transport stations, and many pedestrians; there are many potential clients that would benefit from our state of the art training facility. The objective is to create a center that covers the user is needs and provides a suitable facility for the implementation of a complete martial arts training program. This will allow our athletes to achieve the highest physical and mental condition as required by their sport. This training facility will set itself apart from other facilities here in Quito; it will be better compared to world-class facilities that train Olympic athletes. The goal of this project is to give Ecuador the means to train future champions in martial arts. The project will take place on the premises of the Theatre from the College 24 de Mayo. The facility is currently not in operation, it is located at Avenue. 6 de December y Maria Angelica Carrillo and it has a construction area of 1275 square meters.
