Creación de un centro infantil Bilingüe y recreacional para niños entre edades de 1 a 5 años en la ciudad de Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo

Abstract:

Based on the real need that exists in 32% of the general population of children under 4 years in the city of Riobamba that are currently the last census 8400 Population and Housing 2010, who do not attend childcare centers called bilingual quality, the project proposes the implementation of an optimal alternative for our society, it will be to serve the city to cover 6% (160 children) in this population. Nuevo Amanecer Center of children has been designed on a market study which identified the need, and at the same time takes care to maintain quality standards both nationally and internationally accepted conceptual terms instructional design, curriculum, space and recreational applicable in our contextual environment and the reality of children in the city. The center of Children has also been designed not only with the perspective of a social service need, but also has a financial study has permitted to validate the economics, profitability, sustainability and impact. With an area technically distributed space on two floors for 160 children, will seek to implement a curriculum according to the teaching model established in the latest reform of Ecuador and more of it, seeks to create a friendly environment for children that he attends. The initial investment required to open their services $ 145,240 dollars in the first year, is projected to grow 10% annually, generating an internal rate of return projected by the fifth year of 15%, suitable for this type of service, a Net Present Value of $ 16,810, a return on investment in the third year and a return flow of $ 250.553.30 in U.S. dollars making it eminently profitable. Will start with 11 people in the first year with 9 teachers and 2 administrators, and will create 17 jobs in the third year in which generated the equilibrium point
