Creación de un manual de buenas prácticas sobre clima laboral y desarrollo organizacional en la Empresa Exaprint Cia. Ltda.


Abstract:

This project complies with the objectives that were raised at the beginning of the realization of the work. Departed observing and identifying the shortcomings that presented the company with regard to communication, organizational culture and work environment. In addition, through surveys are able to analyze the behavior and relationship that existed between all the partners. Initially describes the background and justification that led us to develop this work. This is the origin of part of the research for the realization of the schema that we served as the basis for the continuation of the project. Later, there is a theoretical approach on what they are going to learn in the implementation of the manual. It takes into account essentially relevant topics such as: communication, organizational culture and climate or work environment. Then proceeded to make an intervention in the company, in order to obtain data that would help to identify the problems that are presented to search for possible solutions. In addition, it identifies the type of manual that is going to develop and how you are going to intervene. Finally, we performed the Manual of Good Practices on Labor Climate and organizational development, with the purpose of being a help to solve problems of internal communication that are presented in the company and improve the relationship between partners and collaborators.
