Creación de una Empresa productora de semielaborados derivados de la papa china, en la Provincia de Pastaza, Ciudad de Puyo

Abstract:

In this project of entrepreneurship, the creation of the company "Delicias Amazónicas", which will be dedicated to the elaboration of semi-processed products derived from the Chinese potato, idealized, will be located in the Province of Pastaza, Puyo City, The products that will be developed in the company "Delicias Amazónicas" will be the flour of Chinese potato and the empanadas of this tuber. The elaboration of these will allow to take advantage of the excess supply of the tuber, allowing the generation of employment sources for the organizations dedicated to the cultivation of Chinese potato and people specialized in transforming it. Chinese potato empanadas will be marketed as a high-quality product with high nutritional benefits to the final consumer. In addition to this project, it is hoped to contribute and get involved in the axes on which the Zonal Agenda is based and the objectives established by the State. The market study allowed us to focus on our target market being this the economically active population in full occupation of the province of Pastaza, the same that a survey was conducted to be able to analyze and interpret their tastes and preferences, in addition to this was able to analyze Numerically supply and demand, REAL DPI and set marketing strategies. In the technical study by means of the qualitative method by points the strategic place for the location of the company and in turn determine the factors and materials that are involved in the process of the products and through the financial study we were able to know the feasibility and profitability of the project.
