Abstract:

The project proposed in this thesis intends to be a benchmark for entrepreneurs who have a presence or seek to have a business account on different Social Network platforms. There is a gap in terms of knowledge of the use and Management of digital tools and content strategies. The arrival of COVID changed the rules of the game when it comes to business. The pandemic helped to create a digital leap that probably would have taken many years to achieve. Today having a digital presence is a necessity. Social Networks have become a daily work tool that people, or companies, can use as an introduction to the community or as a virtual resume. For this reason, one must know how to leverage social media networks to stand out with a clear purpose. There is a need in the market for those who are trained and up to date on the latest developments in social networks, whereby they can provide quick and strategic solutions in a constantly changing environment. This project seeks to become an alternative in the area of training services, as well as reference material through advice and resources of interest to entrepreneurs.
