Creación de una empresa de fabricación de mochilas con retazos de tela índigo a través de un emprendimiento en la ciudad de Pelileo provincia de Tungurahua”

Abstract:

The cloth índigo is a fabric used essentially for the production of cloths "Blue Jean" that is very consumed by the clients at present, on having elaborated big quantities of cloths there generate residues in big proportions the same ones that are rejected to the containers of garbage generating environmental pollution and concerning the sector where the companies are located. For such a reason, the project of entrepreneurship has as principal aim reduce in major proportion the quantity of residues generated by the factories, using these wastes as raw material for the production of new completely innovative articles, of quality and that contributes principally to the environmental care. The entrepreneurship is structured under four studies the same ones that are: Market research that he contributes to the identification of the existence of an unsatisfied market as well as of the acceptance of the new idea of entrepreneurship, the technical study allows to identify which with the materials necessary for the development of the activities of the company, of the same way he proposes the strategic place of location of the same one; the study organizational by means of the structure of his hierarchic levels helps to the identification of the functions with each one with the collaborators; and finally the financial study once calculated the financial indicators in time present and future allows to measure the profitability of the company therefore there is demonstrated the feasibility of creation of the company. With these precedents, the company the same ones try to cover the unsatisfied market at present that there are satisfying his needs with products substitutes who in occasions are of bad quality, and to regenerate profitability for the company and inside the social thing to generate new squares of employment and the reduction of the pollution.
