Abstract:

The present work focused on the need to improve the work environment in companies (SMEs) in the city of Guayaquil since it is the most valuable resources in the companies on which the management of personalized attention to our clients depends. For this reason, the creation of a company for the development of human talent was proposed, thus proving how reliable it can be to create this company that is expected to contribute to the development and growth of the employee-employer employment relationship. Additionally, to contribute to the development of future professionals who can participate in this proposal, such as the future professionals of the prestigious University of Guayaquil of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences
