“Descubre Ecuador" is an innovative company in the tourism industry, aims to provide some types of tourism in one place, having the advantage that Ecuador has several options to implement sustainable tourism, adventure, with communities. Look to the project is a benefit for foreign tourists visiting the country and the communities that maintain a different lifestyle within Ecuador, maintaining their customs, rites, beliefs and traditions, that is very appealing to foreigners, they communities will reap the benefit of being more integrated into society and improve their lifestyle. "Descubre Ecuador" offers various tour packages all inclusive at 4 locations: La Maison, in Cumbayá; Conocoto Camper Village, San Jacinto Lodge Beach in Manabi and Finca la Esperanza in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas. The project exploits the high number of tourists who choose as their final destination Ecuador, the Galapagos Islands are the main attraction of the country, but when people visit them dazzle the capital, Quito, with its culture and colonial architecture, beaches and Ecuador exotic cuisine, the rainforest, the Ecuadorian highlands. After market research became known target market needs while staying within the country. The target market that is the focus of the project is to foreign tourists upper middle class - upper with exotic desires to know and learn from the cultures of Ecuador. In the financial analysis in the normal scenario yielded a NPV of $ 228,951 and an IRR of 65%, with debt amounting to 123% IRR, which indicates that the project is profitable if the company decides to borrow. With the financial analysis concluded that it is feasible to invest in the project.
