Abstract:

With the following project, one tries to implement a company for the production of a natural drink created with the mixture of fruits and vegetables, with a high degree of proteins, which seeks to help to the families from Guayaquil city to take care of the health principally of the children and adults at the same time, and to avoid problems as the poor nourished and to help to control and if it is possible to remedy diseases as the cancer. In the Ecuador, and specifically in the city of Guayaquil there exist innumerable types of juices that they say to be 100 % natural, nothing more removed from the reality since if they contain preservatives and appetizing. In this realized work there has developed a complete scheme of plan of business of juices JUKATI, in which the necessary tests were realized in order that it could be commercialized inside the city of Guayaquil, taking the north zone as a point of beginning, with a very attainable cost, the study shows that beside achieving that the health of the Guayaquil people improves, this one is simultaneously a business that can leave very good margins of earnings with one initial not very high investment.
