Creación de una microempresa dedicada a la comercialización de tubérculos empacados, en el norte de Guayaquil


Abstract:

The present study was carried out in the city of Guayaquil in the Guayas Province, specifically in the northern sector between La Garzota and La Alborada, where the main objective was to propose the creation of a microenterprise dedicated to the marketing of packaged tubers. Among the tubers, the first choice is the jícama, a root produced in the Ecuadorian sierra and which, due to its physical and nutritional characteristics, as well as its rich flavor, can be consumed as a fruit. For this purpose an analysis of the sector was carried out not only in terms of the reality of the product in the country but also in the industrial sectors in which its commercialization will be developed, such as manufacturing and canned and / or packaged food products. Surveys were carried out in the place where the product will be tentatively sold, that is, in the Supermaxi de la Garzota, in order to identify the potential customer in addition to its characteristics, tastes and preferences, and thus know how to reach it. A documented research was carried out on the best production, marketing and logistics practices, in addition to the initial investment that the project will need to be implemented, as well as an economic study, including projected financial statements, as well as indicators Which proved that the present business plan is profitable. It was concluded that, if the present research project is implemented, it will be a great business opportunity because it has no direct competition, besides having a potential client who is willing to consume the product, as well as an economic study with results Favorable to investors
