Cómo afecta la carga de trabajo administrativo, asignada a los pilotos navales de Guayaquil, en el desempeño de la actividad de vuelo de estos
Abstract:
The Ecuadorian Navy among its tasks has the responsibility to safeguard human life at sea, conduct aeromedical evacuations, prevent illegal activities and protect the wealth of the jurisdictional sea, which employs the Naval Aviation with a safety standard by enlisting its pilots, which is affected by the large amount of administrative work. This work will be developed by analyzing information to perform a quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate the results of surveys, verification of rules and comparison with other institutions. The research is descriptive; first grade assumptions used and situations occur in the present, using data collection means as surveys and direct observation of processes. In addition, it is the second level of scientific knowledge because it shows a series of events and finally formulating a survey that allows analytically uses the inductive method argue the issues raised. The aim is to analyze the environment and organizational structure AVINAV to determine whether the administrative burden influences or affects the activity of flight pilots, by determining physical and emotional effects that can cause fatigue by the test of burnout syndrome, which will conclude whether the organizational structure of the Naval Aviation prevents administrative and operational functions are managed separately and combine under one scheme, hindering better performance in flight activity.
