Abstract:

This research is based on making a contribution to Instituto de Seguridad Social de las Fuerzas Armadas (ISSFA) institutional planning and at the same time to offer a new methodology for addressing such as the Strategic Foresight for Scenario. The main areas that it takes into account are: a situational analysis or study of art in which the current situation is evidence. Thus, it applies different diagnostic methodologies as SWOT, Tree of Competencies and Stereotypes Matrix. Another important aspect is to reviewing the Methodology of Foresight by using projection tools as structural analysis through the application of the Cross-Impact Matrix-Multiplication Applied to a Classification, design and development of Stakeholder Matrix and Cross-Impact Matrix to determine the trending and commitment scenarios.
