Abstract:

The word 'decision' is part of society and the world's day-to-day life, becoming a development alternative for first world countries and those in the process of development, which in the permanent search to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the different regions, have led companies to make decisions focused on continuous improvement in line with the technological changes that occur. That is why in this article we present the development of a decision model aligned with the business architecture and how it affects the making of organizational decisions.
