Del derecho a la práctica: estudio exploratorio de las experiencias de Educación escolarizada de niños, niñas y adolescentes migrantes venezolanos de Educación General Básica en Guayaquil


Abstract:

This research explores the experiences of venezuelan migrant children and adolescents of Basic General Education in private and public schools in Guayaquil. The study was of a qualitative nature, through interviews it was sought to investigate in depth three important points that venezuelan migrant children and adolescents live within their schooling process: The attitudes of their classmates, the experiences of school activities and the difficulties they face they present themselves during their virtual classes. The sample responds to a field study for which interviews were conducted with six students between 11 and 14 years of seventh, eighth and ninth grade. The results showed that most of the interviewees managed to adapt in their Guayaquil schools in person, however in the virtual mode due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it generated several difficulties for their learning and school adaptation.
