Derecho fundamental a la salud sexual en las mujeres según la legislación ecuatoriana vigente
Abstract:
This thesis consists of three chapters: the first chapter in the international and national policy analysis regarding the Right to Health, Sexual Health, features and bond holder obligations. The essential attributes or elements that are part of the right to health and sexual health and minimum standards that must be guaranteed in order to realize the right to Sexual Health. Chapter two delimit the concept of the new model of comprehensive health care, what is its purpose and whether this model includes within its care system emotional, intellectual, physical and social integrity of Ecuadorian women, designed by elementary logic as beings sexual humans. Finally, in chapter three will examine whether the New Model of Comprehensive Health Care is aligned on the essential elements of accessibility, availability, acceptability and quality with their respective international standards. If this model succeeds in being a gateway to women and their different situations making effective the right to sexual health. Additionally, we will make the findings of this study and its recommendation.
