Derechos humanos de los inmigrantes reconocidos en los instrumentos internacionales: Una realidad de ecuatorianos en la ciudad de Milán
Abstract:
In Ecuador, the migratory reality that has its beginnings in 1999 is not unknown, this was mainly due to the unstable economy and lack of opportunities that guarantee the future of citizens; these, among many motivations, have become valid reasons to emigrate to countries with better opportunities, such as the United States, Spain and Italy, being the latter the place that has been chosen for the present research work. Additionally, with regard to Human Rights, both the country that fulfills the role of host (Italy), and the country from which emigration originates (Ecuador), in their internal laws, they respect their rights based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights regarding immigrants. In fact, it has organism or international instruments that safeguard or protect the rights of the immigrant, however, the lack of knowledge of the Ecuadorian citizens migrants in Italy about these legal instruments makes possible the development of studies that serve as support and at the same time provide information to this group of migrants in Italy and particularly in the city of Milan, factors that encourage the development of this work, where the emigrants will obtain an informative tool of analysis that will serve as a reference and guide in the period of permanence of the Ecuadorians in this Italian city
