Desarrollar un diseño de mezclas asfálticas convencional y mezclas asfálticas con nanotubos de carbono mediante el método Marshall

Abstract:

This research is a support for future study in our country in the development of new techniques to be used in the field of roads, based on the science of nanotechnological science as a guide and source, it is intended to add new materials in the study, such as Multiple wall carbon nanotubes (NTCPM), dispersing agents such as kerosene and another mechanism used for the mechanical dispersion of carbon nanotubes that contribute to the improvement of the mechanical characteristics of conventional mixtures with an increase of 72.00 % for asphalt mixtures modified with 1% content of multiwall carbon nanotubes, in addition the nanotubes in the mixtures make the sample more stable, due to the Young's modules and the high stability. It should be noted that this type of modified asphalt can be used in high temperature area. In order to establish the best performance conditions for the nanotubes in the asphalt mixtures, the tables for tabulation and evaluation of the tests were developed, in turn providing the ratio of nanotubes with respect to the asphalt in% so that its application is ideal in the future design. of modified mixtures with nanotubes
