Desarrollo de actitudes y desempeños favorecedores del desarrollo, aprendizaje y bienestar infantil en educadoras de centros infantiles de Ecuador


Abstract:

The present systematization of experiences, prior to the qualification as a Master in Early Development and Early Childhood Education, aims to develop a reflective learning process from the recovery of the observation experience and participation in an early childhood development center through teachers experiences who works in these spaces. Throughout this document, you will find the main theoretical foundations that support the importance of each topic for childhood development and at the same time it explores, in a practical way the attitudes and performances of teachers, especially those related to the observation process, reflection and feedback, which generates a significant influence in terms of promoting child development. In this sense, at the end of the systematization process there was evidence of a change in the practice and in attitudes of the teachers participating in the topics addressed (observation, play and development, reflection, feedback, well-being and involvement). In a special way, with what is related to play and its leading role in initial education as a means of learning, thus departing from the traditionalist education, present in the observed classrooms.
