Abstract:

Dr. Guillermo Campuzano, who works as an OB / GYN specialist at a particular level, lacks a system that allows him to keep an appointment schedule for his patients and to have a digital record of their consultation history. The processes were carried out manually using office automation tools, which generated problems in query control, there was a greater amount of information that needed to be digitized, but in turn this was completely unnecessary, which caused a loss of information due to various circumstances, so a web application was offered to help both the doctor and the secretary with the entry of patients and information on consultations and their search more quickly.
