Accesibilidad al mundo laboral de los egresados de Comercio y Administración del Colegio Fiscal Mixto “Patria Ecuatoriana” de la ciudad de Guayaquil año 2012

Abstract:

The present thesis seeks to know the different reasons, one of which they are the different difficulties that a young person can present gone away to be able to find a labor source. At present the lack of labor accessibility of the gone away ones is affected by different factors that intervene in his labor acceptance, one of them is the distrust on the part of the employers so, they think that the gone away one is not experienced at the labor field, this negative criterion on the part of the employer is not going to allow a good labor development. Once finished the baccalaureate the majority of the gone away ones think of seeking for a system of work that offers to them money and simultaneously to acquire experiences on the already studied of theoretical form. The majority of the gone away ones choose to study matters that contain numbers, or careers that are "technical" because the doors of the works are more linked to them. The modality of this investigation with the topic: Accessibility to the labor world of the gone away ones from Trade and Administration of the College Fiscal Mixto “Patria Ecuatoriana” of the city of Guayaquil year 2012. It rests on the limits of the fieldwork, bibliographical, documentary, feasible project. The surveys were elaborated on the basis of Likert's scale the same ones that were simple and of easy comprehension for the polled ones, the surveys were realized to Authorities, teachers, legal representatives, students. Is considered of vital importance the need to carry out the work investigative because by means of this one the accessibility of the gone away one is promoted in the labor world by means of programs and strategies that bring over the professional and the productive sector of the economy. With the intention of giving plenary session I develop to these institutional dispositions. The beneficiaries will be the members of the educational community, Authorities, Teachers, legal Representatives, Students.
