Abstract:

In this degree project it is about carrying out with the objective of developing and implementing for the control of the personnel who carry out delivery or motorized in order to improve or optimize the work process that the PROCO C. Ltda. company Works, and find to solve the inefficient problems that they have the company and to be able to give a good efficient system of its work process. For this, it is necessary to know how the work they are currently doing works, such as the process of taking the order from customers and the motorized process, knowing the process, we act to analyze the small problems found in the work process they do. in the company PROCO C. Ltda. Therefore, when taking the problems that are presented, it is applied to take as requirements for the development of software and thus create a better system for the company.
