Desarrollo y evaluación de una experiencia piloto de mentoría con estudiantes de primer ciclo de Educación Superior a Distancia, Centro Universitario Asociado Quito Carcelén
Abstract:
For a quality education the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja in its Open and Distance Modality launches the research work "Development and evaluation of a pilot mentoring experience with undergraduate students of Higher Distance Education University Center Associate Quito - Carcelén "; in order to identify needs guidance and promote academic integration ten new students (mentees) are appointed to a senior cycle degree in Psychology (mentor). The method used was the research - action, assessed through perception and satisfaction of mentors and application of instruments: Questionnaire needs orientation questionnaire thinking skills and assessments applied to start and complete the process of mentoring. The results served as a reference for the design of a user's mentor, as a support tool in mentoring future applications. It has proven to be a viable plan, benefits are valued by those who give and receive mentoring.
