Desempeño Docente en el Proceso de Enseñanza-Aprendizaje en el nivel de Educación Básica del Centro Educativo Gonzalo Cordero Crespo de Fe y Alegría , de la ciudad de Quito, provincia de Pichincha en el año lectivo 2014-2015

Abstract:

The problem of the present investigation refers to the educational performance in the processes of education learning in the educational center “Gonzalo Cordero Crespo of Faith and Happiness ". The general aim is of determining the educational performance of the teachers in Sciences of the Education considering the areas of the legal management, of the institutional plan and curricular, of the learning, of the leadership and finally of the communication, the same one that was achieved thanks to the application of the questionnaires and observations. The information obtained in the Center of Education " Gonzalo Cordero Crespo of Faith and Happiness " were provided by five teachers qualified or gone away in Sciences of the Education, for the effect the methods that appeared are descriptively, inductively and deductively; technologies of direct observation and questionnaires. This investigation is concluded with that the teachers at present expose his classes being based always on the current reality and defining clear and exact concepts towards his pupils, in addition they show a limitation in the new strategies and methodological technologies
