Desempeño de los docentes de bachillerato, de la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Tránsito Amaguaña de la ciudad de Guayaquil, en el año 2017
Abstract:
The following research work arises from the need to measure the efficiency in the performance The following research work arises from the need to measure the efficiency in the performance of teachers, a very complex problem in Ecuadorian education for reasons of training and motivation in our teachers, hence the importance of evaluating the performance of secondary school teacher at the "Tránsito Amaguaña" Education Unit of the city of Guayaquil in 2017. The main objective of the research is to analyze the performance of teachers, which will allow us to recognize strengths and weaknesses of the teacher. For their development, the observation and survey techniques were applied; the instruments used were self-evaluation and hetero-evaluation; where it was determined that the teachers of the educational establishment investigated do not have a culture of self-evaluation because they show contradictory results between what they and the students evaluate; in addition they show difficulties in the management of the competences, pedagogical abilities and in the attention to the NEE. It was concluded with a proposal of intervention, with the purpose of proposing strategies and activities to improve the teaching performance and a culture of evaluation.
