Abstract:

The educational acting in the process of teaching learning, topic very discussed on the part of many authors of manuscripts during different times of our society, and it is the objective of this investigation; but to try to determine the same one in different environments like the legal one, of the learning, of institutional and curricular planning, administration of leadership and communication; he directs to carry out this investigation to an educational institution of the region Costa of the Ecuador. The Educational Unit Young Living Academy"; enclosure Chongoncito, parish Chongón, county of the Guayas was the elect in a sample students of First of High school and 5 educational. Investigation of quantitative, exploratory and descriptive type, achieving you to identify the problem; the administration of the learning. During the execution of the process teaching learning that in the levels of frequency, importance and of educational knowledge, they show the lowest punctuations in relation to the other environments, not analyzing the results the pedagogic practical strategies innovated that they don't allow to improve the teaching process to the students, what invites us to intend to improve the pedagogic didactic process to reach the requirements demanded by the MINEDUC.
