Desempeño docente en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Estudio comparativo en los contextos actuales año 2013


Abstract:

The purpose of this thesis is to study the performance of teachers in the teaching-learning process. A comparative study was carried out in the current context of Ecuador, European countries mainly Italy in the year 2013. The factors that influence teacher performance through a compilation of several authors, who consider the constant changes that occur today are detailed. Also, motivation factors, leadership management, relationship teacher – student and family - student. The Methodology used was based on analyzing, comparing and documenting different theories; strengths and weaknesses aspects relating to teaching performance. First, I made a documentary collection through a descriptive method. Second, I analyzed by analytical – synthetic method; finally, I perform a comparative analysis in each of the areas of educational management such as: Legal, Institutional Planning, Learning, Leadership and Communication. The approach is based on an analysis of educational management in different areas, which are: management, learning management, schedule management, leadership and communication. This thesis concludes with a proposal for teacher performance
