Desenganches en psicosis de la infancia dentro de las instituciones educativas. Abordajes singulares en la psicosis infantil a través de una mirada Psicoanalítica.
Abstract:
The following work aims at presenting a clinical gaze into the emergence of a psychotic phenomena that might occur in certain psychotic child within educational institutions, as from presented cases. In order to, promote ways of singular approaches directed to the stabilization within such contexts. Through a qualitative method, an observation of two different cases of psychosis in childhood, in different institutions in Guayaquil, was conducted. A theoretical journey was carried out through Freud´s and Lacan´s concepts on psychosis, with the purpose of comprehending the child´s psychic constitution and the difficulties that are produced when they are faced with obstacles in it. The problems of the professors were identified, in the cases of emergences of a psychotic phenomena, through out some interviews of the presented cases and a bibliographic compilation. The results of this investigation were the following: as from the humanization of the educational institution and the restitution of the teacher´s knowledge, a subjective approach of the child can be achieved, through the construction of artifices that will allow them to hold on into the academic scope, leaving behind the school´s intrusive proposals with the child.
