Despido intempestivo por cambio de ocupación del Código de Trabajo – C.T. a una actividad laboral amparada por la Ley Orgánica de Servicio Público - LOSEP, y viceversa como servidor público con contrato indefinido de la norma antes citada (C.T.), conforme el Art. 192.
Abstract:
With the present investigative work, it is intended to encourage the working class of the public sector and in general the workforce of the country, to prepare and move forward in a personal and professional way, and not be only part but also a plaintiff, according to the guidelines at the national level, prior to the negotiations between the unions and the State, there is the possibility of changing the labor regime, without the need for a new contest of merits and opposition; but rather if the worker or worker covered by the Labor Code, prior analysis of his profile and institutional need, is requested to carry out activities outside those of his contract, and that corresponds to a position of the Organic Law of Public Service - LOSEP, with your prior consent, can carry out the activities and then enter into an administrative procedure to change the labor regime, allowing us at the public level to occupy administrative positions and demonstrate that the working class also has rights, obligations and opportunities, not only for political levers as is customary, but for its preparation, for its capacity, because we want people with charisma and humanism in the hierarchical positions, who know from their roots the importance and how difficult it is to start living, working, and not as certain politicians who They hold positions for moorings and inheritances and they know nothing about work.
