Desprendimiento placentario en pacientes con antecedentes de síndromes hipertensivos del embarazo
Abstract:
This study was conducted in the Mariana of Jesus -Infant maternity hospital In the 2015 period , in which all patients were included with confirmed premature detachment of placenta abruption with a history of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy diagnosis. The information was obtained through an indirect source , analyzing the medical records of patients and statistical data Hospital. Objective : to determine the risk factors involved in maternal fetal morbidity and mortality associated with placental abruption in patients admitted to the Maternity Hospital ' RESULTS: maternal morbidity and mortality perinatal was found in 1.2% presenting an associated pathology , with pregnancy -induced hypertension , eclampsia ; finding no case of maternal mortality. The main signs and symptoms to hospital admission were: vaginal bleeding , uterine tenderness , uterine hypertonia and retroplacental presence of clots. The most common age is 15-25 years ( 47.6 % ) with an average age of 20 years, with the maximum 47 years and minimum value of 16years The gestational age was found during the third quarter corresponding to 97.5 % , that between 30 and 40 weeks. Parity is the 39.65 % corresponding to 22.43 % primigestas and trigestas . Breast pathology associated with pregnancy 1.24 % had induced pregnancy , eclampsia hypertension. In the prenatal care of patients they obtained 55.17 % if the same , being 26 patients who did not take . Of the total newborns caesarean product obtained in the study, 86.93 % had no pathology , resulting in 3 cases ( 5.16 %) of prematurity , 2 cases of perinatal asphyxia and as a complication of placental abruption , 3 cases corresponding to stillborn and death.
