Abstract:
This study is primarily aimed at finding the most relevant attributes that influences the satisfaction of the services being offered by the non governmental organ (or organization) Red Financiera Rural while suggesting a strategy that looks to generate loyalty and recommends this services in the market that this organ is geared at. The Red Financiera Rural (RFR) is an organization that puts together institutions in the microfinances that are most relevant in this sector. RFR’s job is focused on facilitating and strengthening the access to micro-financial services with the aim of working towards the same goal while expanding the rural and urban population as an alternative sustainable fight against poverty.
