Acondicionamiento y aislamiento acústico de la salas de conferencia Life Learning

Abstract:

The present thesis is about the conditioning and isolation of three conference rooms which belong to Life Learning Company, located at Av. Granados and Av. de los Naranjos 271. To begin with, the rooms lack adequate acoustic conditions, in addition to the absence of proper isolation of walls and doors. Understanding the needs for acoustic conditioning and isolation of the place in question, the necessary measurements, calculations and simulation were made of: T60 with Software (SpectraPlus) and Sabine is formula, calculations of background noise, calculations and simulations of isolation (Insul), resonance and calculations for intelligibility of speech. Based on the data obtained by these procedures, the acoustic design and conditioning of partitions (doors and walls) was carried on for the acoustic isolation of the rooms. For the design, the pre-established or recommended values for this type of space were used accordingly, which are the ones used for conference rooms or interactive classrooms. Finally, after achieving the recommended values, a monetary estimate was made for this proposal.
