Deteminar la prevalencia de lesiones del cuello uterino y principales factores de riesgo en pacientes atendidos en el Subcentro de Salud La Tolita Esmeraldas período 2006-2008
Abstract:
The cervical-vaginal cytology at world level continues being the more used and appropriate test for the diagnostic of lesions wicked pre of uterine neck, with important impact on the results in the decrease of the incidence and in the rates of mortality. This problem originates because although at the present time it is known that the precocious diagnosis of the cervical-vaginal alterations increases the effectiveness of the treatment considerably this measure it is not taken into account by the population. An investigation was made on this topic to determine the prevalence of the lesions of the neck uterine cervical and its factors of risk in patients assisted in the Sub-center of Health The Tolita, canton Emeralds, during the period 2006-2008. Which was carried out in the universe constituted by women in fertile age 15 -49 years old, of the area of influence of the Unit of Health? She/he took in consideration variables as age, state civil origin, instruction degree, occupation, first sexual relationship, parity, socioeconomic level, family antecedents of cancer, reason of the consultation, gynecological antecedents, obstetric antecedents, previous Papanicolaou. The work was carried out based on the extracted clinical histories of the parts newspapers with its formless cytological. The results were tabulated statistically and discussed it was observed that the biggest frequency of groups ages and their relationship with the realization of cytology’s are in the group ages from 25,1 to 30 years with 27,3%, followed by the 20,1-25 year-old group with 24,2%, among those investigated; vii but it is minimum the percentage of realization of cytology’s in the biggest to 35 years of age; that is to say that conforms the age it advances it is less the realization of cytology’s. Being observed that most of the made cytology’s are among the ages from 15 to 35 years of age that she/he is related with the fertile age in the woman. Concluding that those investigated had Light Dysplasia with PVH like the most frequent, the group ages of more affectation is among the 20 to 30 years, secondary incomplete, with state civil Free Union, of smaller entrance to 200 dollars, with parity of 1 to 3 children; but it was observed that to more economic entrance it is inversely proportional the realization of vaginal cytology’s. Being the high risk in people of smaller entrance with presence of lesions uterine cervical; as well as, to more age less cytology’s and less lesions uterine cervical Corroborating the hypothesis outlined when demonstrating the presence of lesions uterine cervical from light Dysplasia’s, moderate until Cancer in situ and in a significant number. For according to it to suggest a proposal to improve the approaches of prevention and handling of these pathologies.
