Determinación de factores relevantes en la sostenibilidad de los emprendimientos del sector agrícola e industrial en el cantón Latacunga


Abstract:

This paper details the relevant factors that interfere in the sustainability of free enterprise in the farming and industrial area in Latacunga city, since it exists a high rate of business thathad left their economic activities because of unknown causes. For that reason it was used two information sources, one is direct through the application of a survey divided into two sections: the first one belongs to the enterprise’s proper characteristics and the second one is directed to know the field where it is developed, it allows to gather and analyze the necessary information concerning to the internal elements of free enterprise, such as: the age of the impresario, experience and academic training, the business’s finance, the structure of the first capital, the size, the efficiency of human capital, innovation and technology, the execution of a business plan and the growth of products portfolio. Likewise, it is considered external factors like the access of finance, government politics, the culture, the area growth, the legal procedures of the constitution, taxes, inflation, acquisitive capacity and free enterprise programs of incentive, and an indirect source that constitutes the data base provided by the Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI).
