Abstract:

There is growing interest in the beneficial effects of moderate intake of wine and other alcoholic’s beverages, in particular in pathologies like atherosclerosis and cancer. Many epidemiological studies showed a high correlation between a moderate wine intake and a low incidence of mortality from coronary disease.
