Determinación de las restricciones en la producción de carbonato de calcio de la Empresa Industrial Latina en la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract:

The present investigation work contains the exposition of the problematic situation of the production of the carbonate calcium of the empresa Industrial Latina company. In which there contains the analysis of the gathering of raw material, that this inherent in the operations of movement of the same one, generating, in the quantification of losses an amount that promotes to 104.142 $, 52 of which 91 % was caused by long distances of the movement of raw material and faults of the pertaining to roads frivolous equipment, in direct relation other one 9 % is faults in other activities of the process. The offer of improvement focused to eliminate the restrictions by means of a new plant distribution; acquisition of pertaining to roads heavy equipment and a plan of scheduled maintenance. The analysis of the offer demonstrates TIR = 45 % And PAYBACK =25 Months, which says that the project of improvement is viable.
