Diagnosis of the application of the principle of concurrence in the direct contracting of consultancy services by public entities

Abstract:

The research addresses a medullar aspect for the legal sciences, the application of the principle of concurrence in the direct contracting of consultancy in public entities. In the theoretical study carried out, although bibliographies were found that address this content, there are not enough proposals of indicators that facilitate its diagnosis of the knowledge of professionals in this field of research, aspects that justify the need for this study. Theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical methods were used to guide the research process and the concretion of different scientific contributions that serve as support for this research. Once a group of indicators had been elaborated to diagnose the problem in question, they were applied in public entities of the Province of Pastaza, which corroborated their effectiveness in social practice.
