Diagnóstico de la cadena productiva del maracuyá en el sector Luz y Guía

Abstract:

The present work is part of the "diagnostic of the productive chain of the maracuyá in the sector Luz and Guía", proposal that it is developing in agreement with the M. I. Municipality of Ponce Enríquez, the Technical University of Machala through the Department of Linking with the Collective of the Ability of Agricultural Sciences and the Foundation Progress and Development PRODE, the project is financed by the PROLOCAL and it was presented to the Interamerican Bank of Development BIT. The surveys were carried out in the properties maracuyá of the sector Luz and Guide belonging to the canton Camilo Ponce Enríquez of the county of the Azuay, the objectives that thought about were: 1. integral diagnosis of the productive offer of maracuyá, 2. Proposal of continuous improvement of the productive system and 3. you Establish the producción/hectárea/año costs As a result of the I diagnose integral of the productive and commercial offer he/she comes off that the drop productivity of the sector Luz and it Guides it is of 9.09 sacks/semana/hectárea; against 18 sacas/promedio/país, the goal to the year of intervention of the project a production of 13.68 sacas/semana/hectárea will be gotten, what will allow that those producing of the Sector Luz and Guía they compete for price and quality. The intervention proposal is planned for one year through an intensive training process and technical attendance, what will allow to improve the production levels and commercialization. To implement the proposal of direct commercialization, the middlemen that absorb a great margin of utility without carrying out any investment type, eliminating will settle a plant procesadora in the sector Luz and Guía object of our study.
