Diagnóstico del clima organizacional y su incidencia en el desempeño laboral. Caso: Banco de Loja – Agencia 1 – ciudad de Loja. Periodo: 2014 – 2015


Abstract:

The diagnosis of organizational climate perceived in the agency one of the Bank of Loja, it diagnosis was based on criteria established in the questionnaires designed by Litwin & Stringer and Guízar authors; they are proposing the same measure job performance by considering the variables: structure, responsibility, reward, risk, standards support, job satisfaction and communication. Measuring work performance is an essential process within an organization into the future and aims to stay in the market, as it allows to obtain reliable and valid information on the operation of the organization and for establishing the average value of the organizational climate and understand the environment in different departments or areas. Additionally, this measurement enables to know the satisfactions elements and those that cause dissatisfaction of an organization, in order to provide additional indicators for traditional management and identify the strengths and weaknesses of organizational areas. The main objective of the diagnostic process will allow in the near future, the agency one of the Bank of Loja, making comparisons with other organizations and rely on them for purposes of benchmarking; on the other hand, it contributes to develop and improve the skills of communication and participation among its members.
