Diagnóstico y análisis de necesidades formativas de los docentes de bachillerato que trabajan en las áreas de Física y Matemáticas, de la Unidad Educativa “Rumiñahui” y la Unidad Educativa “Carlos Larco Hidalgo” provincia de Pichincha, cantón Rumiñahui, parroquia Sangolquí, año lectivo 2017-2018.
Abstract:
The present investigation was carried out in the Educational Unit "Rumiñahui" and the Educational Unit "Carlos Larco Hidalgo", province of Pichincha, Rumiñahui canton, Sangolquí parish, 20172018 school year, for the purpose of diagnosis and analysis of training needs of the Teachers of baccalaureate who work in the areas of Physics and Mathematics, the type of action research was developed, which allows generating knowledge and changes in the educational and social environment, looking for clear and measurable objectives. The problematization that gave rise to the research, the series of reforms in the educational system of Ecuador, which has directly influenced the teaching performance in recent years, so that higher education institutions have been making adjustments in their meshes curriculars in order to cover the different gaps, typical of a system in continuous movement. The objective of the research was to determine the main training needs of teachers who currently work in the baccalaureate in the areas of "Physics and mathematics". Product of the research was determined that teachers need to update their knowledge, was also related to the subjects taught, on the other hand, update their knowledge regarding the curricular assessment and applied pedagogy in the classroom in order to ensure quality educational
