Diagnóstico, diseño e implementación de un plan de capacitación en el Centro Municipal Artesanal de Cuenca "CEMUART", durante el periodo 2012/2013

Abstract:

Deals with the needs of training, desing and implementation of a training plan dedicated to all those craftsmen who form part of "Centro Municipal de Artesanos" in Cuenca, through a proposal of workshops which may contribute to improve the production and comercialization of their products. This training was made effective thanks to the self-management of those students responsible for their tesis.
