Abstract:
Throughout the years, from the origins of humanity, there has been a constant need to communicate, which is manifested in different ways; verbal, nonverbal, written, etc., to come up with new innovative forms of communication. We communicate to convey ideas, messages, emotions, knowledge, customs, habits, feelings, desires; we communicate everything all the time. Today, communication is present in all areas, and integrates different disciplines. An example of this is the organizational communication or corporate communication. Years ago, communication was seen with a simplistic approach and people believed that" anyone could do it." Over the years, the increase in business competitiveness, and the advancement of technology; communication within corporations became a cornerstone for achieving success in business.
