Abstract:

The different absorption of com-plex or simple carbohydrates and their effects on the metabolism of carbohydrates, explains, at least physiologically, the cascade of overload in the insulin needs and the number of associ-ated alterations, so we performed a prospective longitudinal, observational and Analyzing the effect of suppressing ground carbohydrates (meal and/or fruit juices or extracts) in diabetic patients 2 and demonstrated that BMI and HbA1c, during an interval of 3 months, decreased dra-matically. Removing meal (ground cereals) and fruit juices, but allowing all food to be ingested without restriction (including unbleached cereals and fruits) reduces BMI and HbA1c signifi-cantly.
