Diffuse expert system for the measurement of human capital in institutions of higher education in Colombia
Abstract:
The education institutions, particularly the higher education institutions (HEI) present the human capital as one of its most important resources within intangible assets but the measure is complex because of its intrinsic and diverse dynamic. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy inference system that compiles the knowledge of different human experts for the evaluation of human capital in HEI in Colombia from 4 dimensions (level of training, skills, work experience, and job satisfaction). The system was constructed from a set of metrics selected by human experts, taking into account more than 30 variables oriented to improve the performance in the human capital measurement and valuation, in particular the IES teachers in Colombia.
