Abstract:
Social networks are high-value platforms for the management of organizational communication and are aligned with a branch of Information and Communication Technologies. In this sense, companies worldwide make use of these tools that allow them to promote their own prominence. This research analyzes the use and management that the 100 most sustainable companies in the world generated in digital platforms such as Twitter and Facebook during 2020.
