Digital culture for the protection of personal data from childrens and adolescents. Expectations in the Andean community

Abstract:

In the information society, from the advancement of information and communication technologies, the international community has expressed constant concern for the protection of the fundamental right of personal data, especially in environments where private life may be compromised or illegal attacks on the honor or reputation of children and adolescents. The development of regional legal instruments in the Andean Community, mean the models of digital culture that informational self-determination requires in practice in order to materialize the protection and defense of legal rights from this right.
