Digital resources in the educational process for the development of university teaching


Abstract:

The use of technological means of com-munication are necessary in the development of learning competences for students of technical careers so as to facilitate the access and exchange of information and the creation of simulated environments. Among this tools, the email stands out because of its flexible and open nature that makes it possible to use it in different contexts and learning situations. The present research focused on evaluating the efficient use of digital resources for the self-learning of university students. The research was developed in the Faculty of Agrarian Sciences of the University of Guayaquil, identified semesters and courses during two consecutive periods of school. Dissemination activities were carried out among the students, groups and departments involved, in which students from the agronomic engineering career participated, teachers with extensive experience in the agricultural and research field, society and support staff. The tool used for the Analysis is the SPSS computation package. In the levels of education of the university race the electronic mail is of average relevance; The virtual classroom is considered a complicated tool; Since it depends on the platforms that the institutions use; however, the YouTube tool is highly relevant, lacks learning parameters such as availability, ability to communicate and dedication; also, the high resource for its implementation and the technological surveillance to the students.
