Dimensions for welfare and collective interest societies in ecuador


Abstract:

The 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goal, signed by 193 countries, propose benefits for the under-favoured and the protection of the raises, in this scenario, the business sector is a fundamental element in contributing to these noble purposes. A paradigmatic change initiative in business models, are the Companies of Profit and Collective Interest, so that the production of goods and services are focused on the economic, social and environmental axes. The research characterizes the dimensions of the model, based on the research background on the subject, the Ecuadorian legal framework and ISO 26000, and the dimensions of the BICs of the Republic of Colombia.
