Actinomicets with biotransformation capacity of sodium sales of biliars acids
Abstract:
Bile acids are composed of 24 carbon atoms dihydric or trihydric, cholesterol derived. Ursodeoxycholic Acid, also known as chenodeoxycholic acid 7β-epimer, represents a small percentage of total bile acids naturally present in human bile, this is capable of increasing in humans the ability to solubilize cholesterol in bile transforming of lithogenic bile non-lithogenic bile (Roda, Roda, & Hofman, 1999). One major problem presented by the synthesis of ursodeoxycholic acid, is industrially generated contaminants. Deoxycholic hyodeoxycholic and obtained from the synthesis of ursodeoxycholic acid: Therefore in this investigation actinomycetes capacitymicroorganisms capable of steroid structures biotransformed as assessed. 21 strains of actinomycetes were isolated from soil samples of the City of Quito, Sevilla Don Bosco and Sucua. Biotransformation capacity isolates, salts of bile acids, object of the present study, using chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques were evaluated. Found that the most common reaction is the oxidation of the hydroxyl group at position 3 of the steroid structure.
