Diseño de un plan de mejoramiento para los procesos administrativos en los parqueaderos administrados por la Empresa Pública Metropolitana de Movilidad y Obras Públicas, Epmmop caso Cadisan

Abstract:

In this investigation, the first chapter details the problem to be investigated, with its diagnostics, objectives, conceptual theoretical framework, types of population investigations, determination of the sample, and the application of the survey taken in the parking lot which was investigated. The second chapter elaborates the analysis of the macro environment, systemization of the results, studies of the administrative process, measurement of the processes which were used in the study and the search for opportunities for improvement with the intention of obtaining a process manual. Chapter three details the proposal while chapter four discusses the results in regards to the objectives, theoretical framework, and also in relation to similar studies, conclusions and recommendations. The goal of this work is to orient the functionaries in the adequate completion of each of their functions and has a future vision of being applied in all of the parking lots administrated by EPMMOP.
