Diseño de emprendimiento de un Bar and Grill en el norte de Guayaquil


Abstract:

The history of the bars is so ample that it goes back to times from old Greece, at the moment its concept of being a place of bad aspect and dangerous it has changed radically, because the idea has been evolving progressively. In different parts from the world there are bars restaurants with atmospheres very varied, exotic gastronomy to the vanguard, drinks, pleasant music. With respect to the plan of businesses Bar and Grill is an idea of entrepreneurship that, by means of a feasibility study and using economic and financial analyses, projected budgets, costs, expenses and financial statements will demonstrate its viability, for it also will be due to know the surroundings interaction by means of the opinion of the people, who comprise of the local active economy. As conclusion is hoped to demonstrate that the economic growth is possible within the city, in spite of the constant competition and economic adversity, it is possible to generate work and contributing to the local commerce.
